childworker clearances

Pennsylvania law has changed recently and all volunteers working with children ages 0-17 require clearances. This page provides links (as of August 28, 2015) to where volunteers can go for those clearances. For further questions, please email Pattie Parker

All clearances must then be printed and given to one of the pastors at Stillwaters; this completes the process. They are kept on file in a secure location and are good for three years.

  • You will first need to create an individual account if you don't already have a Compass acccount. After that, log back in to submit a clearance request. As you navigate the system, you will eventually be sent to a different, but related site, to request the actual clearance.

FBI Fingerprinting

  • Fingerprinting is not required if you have lived in Pennsylvania for the past ten years and meet the requirements of this form. This disclosure needs be downloaded, printed, signed and co-signed by a witness and given to the Stillwater's pastoral staff.
